Trevor Kennedy, our founder and lead designer, has over 10 years of experience in the furniture industry. His passion for design and craftsmanship is evident in every piece he creates. His expertise in furniture design and engineering has made our Hidden TV Lift Cabinets some of the most sought-after pieces in the industry. Our team includes furniture makers from many different disciplines and backgrounds and each piece we create is made by a dedicated person that wholly responsible for the quality of that piece of custom furniture.
Our Story
Trevor and Colton are brothers and co-founders of Hinterland Supply Co. Trevor began his career in the trades and eventually wound up in tech. After a decade spent founding and managing a software development company he sold that business and thought he might take some time off to enjoy his hobbies. Unfortunately, he’s also a serial entrepreneur and his hobby quickly became a business. Having designed and built custom furniture for others it was time to “bring it all together” as they say and combine the experiences he gained in financing, marketing, advertising and high production manufacturing with his experience in furniture design and Hinterland Supply Co. was born. Colton quickly joined the team and became an integral part of the production and operations management workflow.
